How to Apply
We accept enrollment at any time if space is available.
Mail the document above with the registration fee to Lakewood Preschool, 6133 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32217.

If your family is taking advantage of the FREE VPK voucher, offered by Early Learning Coalition-Duval, please click the link and complete that application as well. Upon completion, you should recieve a certificate of eligibility; this should also be submitted with your preschool application. This is only available for children that will turn 4 by September 1, 2026.
Fees
To secure your child’s placement, a non-refundable fee of $150 is due at the time of enrollment.
Our school year begins August 3rd, 2026.
The MONTHLY prices listed are spread out to cover 180 school days between August 3 and May 28.
The first payment is due on July 10 and payments will be due on the first of each month thereafter.
Teacher planning days are included in your monthly tuition.
You will receive an invoice on the 15th of each month through your email. Payments can be made online when your invoice is sent, by credit card or through ACH transfer. Service charges may apply.
An $40.00 late fee will be added to your bill for any payment received 5 days past the due date.
An $80.00 late fee will be added to your bill for any payment received 10 days after the due date.
